Stay Strong, Live Long Presentations The Guelph Bridge Club is hosting several presentations by our local VON. These seminars provide valuable information on healthy, positive aging to benefit our members and others. People who have attended these seminars in the past found them thought-provoking and very informative. Seminars are FREE! and open to anyone, so come along and invite a friend. They are held weekly and you may attend as many sessions as you wish; registration is not required. Alan Sze, a Registered Kinesiologist from the VON gives these hour long presentations covering two topics/week on Tuesday mornings at 11:00 starting October 21. The flyer provides more details, and please feel free to distribute it to other interested parties. Bring your lunch and stay for the afternoon 199 game or maybe go out for lunch after! Contact Barb McKay (519 822 2984) with any questions, including local restaurant recommendations. Hope to see you there. |
